I have been left with unfair Feedback. What do I do?
If you believe the feedback left by another user is unfair or irrelevant (such as a personal attack), then please contact us ensuring you provide the name of the user that left the feedback in question, as well as the comment(s) left. One of the RDU staff will then review the feedback and take necessary action.
Hint: When providing user feedback, we ask that you please leave all personal and/or private matters out of your comment(s). Please ensure that you leave truthful feedback regarding the transaction(s) that occurred between you and the advertiser in question only.
